If you run into trouble, our Remote Tech service helps keep you up and running, in an instant.
Our Remote Tech technology allows us to log into your system (with your permission per session) and work with you interactively while logged on while talking to you on the phone (or LiveChat) to help troubleshoot any issues. We know your system, and we can pinpoint issues quickly.
During the 90’s and the first part of the new millennium, we always thought that if we had a helicopter, we could get to service calls quicker.
Now, with Remote Tech, instant support is available in seconds,
and the dream has now been achieved.
With Remote Tech, we can quickly view error logs, and perform software or driver updates without you having to figure these things out.
Ever bring your car to the mechanic only to have it not do what you know it did? No worries with Remote Tech. That is because you can show us when it’s happening, while it’s happening.
Our standard 3 year support plan includes Remote Tech for the life of the system to troubleshoot hardware issues and software issues.
Our Standard Warranty and Support plan and includes access to Remote Tech from 10AM to 7PM EST Monday through Friday.
Our Premium Warranty and Support plan includes Remote Tech access from 8AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday with weekend call back from a technician within 2 hours from 10AM to 6PM.
If you are really stuck on something; with Remote Tech, you can show us how, why, and where the problem is. And we can show you how to fix it, or help you find the right setting to use, quickly and easily.
We generate a log, so everyone in the support department has the details of previous remote sessions.

Support and Warranty Options DreamCARE 3 Year Standard Hardware Warranty and Support Plan The DreamCARE plan is our standard plan, and it’s included with every DreamStation system. You will get all the benefits listed below. Since all of our systems offer removable hard drives, and cables are tied of neatly, we can help you easily replace a bad hard drive, or graphics card without sending the computer back. Using our Remote Tech service allows us to diagnose your issue remotely. In the unlikely even the computer has to come back, we offer FREE PICK ON-SITE pick-up and FREE return shipping. Keep in mind that many of our components have 5 year warranties from the manufacturer. We will take care of all returns and RMA’s for the first 3 years. In addition, for the first 12 months, we will replace hard drives with a new drive, not a refurbished one.
THIS PLAN IS INCLUDED WITH EVERY DREAMSTATION COMPUTER INCLUDING OUR NOTEBOOKS. We prefer to stand behind our products by covering you completely for the average life of a professional workstation.
