If you run into trouble, our remote tech service helps keep you up and running, in an instant.
Our technology allows us to log into your system (with your permission per session) and work with you interactively while logged on while talking to you on the phone (or LiveChat) to help troubleshoot any issues. We know your system, and we’ll come to know how you use it. We can quickly view error logs, and perform software or driver updates without you having to figure these things out.
Ever bring your car to the mechanic only to have it not do what you know it did? No worries with Remote Tech. That is because you can show us when it’s happening, while it’s happening.
Our standard 3 year support plan includes Remote Tech for the life of the system to troubleshoot hardware issues1.
Our standard plan includes access to Remote Tech from 10AM to 7PM EST Monday through Friday. Our Premium plan includes Remote Tech access from 8AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday with weekend call back from a technician within 2 hours from 10AM to 6PM.
