We support our products better than anyone in the industry.
We have a philosophy at Video Hardware Services LLC.

Our customers are our salespeople

We approach each sale with the intention to make sure you can use your system, and to make sure it works properly for you. Our primary goal in support is to make sure that your system gets your work out the door, so you can get the checks in the mailbox, teach your students, or make the video for your class reunion. We have sold multiple systems to the same customer, because they make money and generate so much new business using the first one, that they need another one for all the new work they have. We’ll take extra care to make sure your footage is not lost when we give instructions or driver updates, we’ll only tell you to use the Restore DVD as a last resort, and if your system comes into us for repair, we’ll make every effort to back up your clips and data.

We offer different support options depending on your needs. Our support plans are found here. We offer On-Site Service Contracts in the New England Region. Contact sales@videohardware.com for more information.

We have created an extensive Knowledgebase and Help Desk for our existing customers. If you’ve purchased a complete workstation, then you have the ability to submit your own questions and issues, and have your own list to refer back to on the site at anytime. Forgot how to do something you asked before? Just log-in and all your previously asked issues will be there. We offer additional support plans that include Remote hardware troubleshooting, Remote Software configuration troubleshooting, periodic remote maintenance, remote driver updates, and more.

There are numerous support sites throughout the Internet where you’ll find some of the most common issues and their solutions. These sites are offer great resources on how to find out how to do a particular task with your system, develop a workflow, and more. Don’t re-invent the wheel. There’s a good chance that there will be someone else out there who has already tried to do the ’special effect’ that you are trying to achieve. A lot of people in these forums are very willing to give advice, technical and business, so use these resources to better your craft. We have listed the best ones for each one of our manufacturers here:
