We have ‘remote diagnosis’ for hardware and software issues, and we have remote training available.

Our Systems Just Work

We work with all the major manufacturers to insure that our systems are meeting the exacting standards they set forth for system integrators. We are authorized System Integrators for AVID, Matrox, Grass Valley, and NewTek. Our systems are assembled with the kind of exacting quality usually reserved for mission critical servers. We are constantly testing our systems in real world live environments and editing suites to make sure they fit into a user’s typical workflow. Frequently, we are called upon to solve the tough problems by some of the companies that we represent.

We offer the widest range of Seagate hard drives to choose from and we sell and support dozens off additional products to complement your system.

Highest Quality

We specifically engineer our systems for the tasks they will perform, and for the environment they will be used in. Every cable is neatly tied out of the way to allow for optimum air flow. Our systems use ‘server quality’ removable hard drive assemblies that allow you the ultimate in flexibility. We use the highest quality components sourced from authorized distributors. We pack our systems with lots of padding in a double box, and we don't charge a lot to do that. We sell non-linear editing workstations, not boxes. Every system is tested for a least 3 days ACTUALLY EDITING with it, or ACTUALLY CREATING A DVD. Will Dell know, or even care what a VT[5] is?
