This workstation is built on the latest Intel 5200 Chipset, with support for the new Nehalem 45nm Intel Quad Core CPUs. in a Dual Configuration. These new CPUs boast an integrated memory controller on the chip itself. This means a performance boost of 40% over the previous generation. The system also utilizes DDR3 technology which runs in a Dual Channel interleaved mode at 1333MHZ. You'll find 'front mounted' 1394a, (12) USB 2.0 ports, 16 processing cores, Gigabit LAN, and rock solid stability. This system fully supports the NewTek VT[5] hardware.
